Job Description
- Maintains Executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling the following:
- Meetings.
- Conferences.
- Teleconferences.
- Supporting material distribution.
- Travel.
- Conserves Executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence by doing the following:
- Drafting letters and documents.
- Collecting and analyzing information.
- Initiating telecommunications.
- Answers phone calls and directs inquiries.
- Monitors the inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably with experience being an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner and efficient in clerical works.
- Flexible and adaptable.
