Job Description

  • Mainly responsible for and focused on generating, acquiring, and retaining client leads for new business and account acquisitions.
  • Diligent use of the lead tracker tool and timely submission of daily activity reports and end of week reports.
  • Work closely with the immediate head for planning, developing and qualifying client leads.
  • Key point contact for self generated leads and clients and must maintain a good relationship with them.
  • Must be adept in the lead generation and acquisition cycle and continuous funneling of leads.
  • Must willingly execute lead generation and acquisition plans and strategies and recommend points to further improve efficiencies, efficacies to ultimately produce better results.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of each area of agency’s resources, in order to evaluate. recommendations when presenting to the Client.
  • These areas include: Event Management, Creative Development, Strategy development, Implementation of campaigns and programs.
  • Proactively finds solutions to build the client’s business and grow accounts.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the immediate Head or Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Managing Director, Sales or other support.
  • Effectively communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the rest of the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration - Major in Marketing
  • Management or any business-related course.
  • Experience in generating client leads and developing ways of lead conversion to “won” project accounts.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Excellent command of the English language in both verbal and written communication.
  • Good to Excellent Interpersonal Skills .
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Willingness to learn and to be trained is also a must.
  • Has a positive disposition and can-do attitude.
