As a Data Integration ETL support developer you will support client solutions involving data integration processes including data extraction, data transformation, data load, data quality management and meta data management.
The role requires solid Data Integration support and maintenance experience and the candidate must have the ability to:
- Manage ETL processes
- Manage data quality involved in the ETL processes
- Source data from various data source systems.
- Manage data movement audit and error management processes.
- Manage data reconciliation processes.
- Interact with client users for L1 and L2 Processes
- Maintain ETL SLAs and data processing time frames
- In depth understanding of data management concepts.
- Very good understanding of the concepts and technology around data extraction, data transformation and data load.
- Good understanding about data profiling, data quality management and metadata management.
- ETL tools such as IBM Information Server, Informatica Product Set.
- Data profiling tools such as QualityStage and ProfileStage
- Good communication skills.
- Proven ability and commitment to working collaboratively toward common goals.
- Possess effective planning and problem-solving skills.
- Multi tasking attitude, equally comfortable operating from within both the technology & business environments.
- Highly motivated.
- Focused on a quality outcome.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Relational database experience such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Informix.
- Business Rule Analysis and Design experience.
- Data Modelling experience.
- UNIX/Shell scripting experience.
- Relational and/or Dimensional Data Modeling.
- Understanding of Business Intelligences and Data Warehousing.
- Master Data Management.
