Job Description
Practice Management
- Instrumental to establish EYC3 GDS organization
- Responsible to recruitment and management of practice resources
- Responsible to grow GDS Analytics practice
- Management of cost and practice utilization
- Actively support creation of Managed services offerings Contribute towards winning business for the GDS
- Actively support creation of Managed services offerings
- Run EYC3 internal roadshows to generate GDS awareness
- In depth understanding of systems development lifecycle, application development methodology and enterprise architecture principles.
Relationships
- Internal EYC3 Partners and Directors
- Maintain relationship with GDS staff on site assigned to various projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive practice management experience of multiple, complex IM / BI/ Analytics long term engagements.
- Proven ability to manage large complex technology platforms
- Proven exposure to manage complex large team of resources with different technology background
- Proven written and oral communication skills and demonstrated effective internal stakeholder’s liaison including effective leadership, co-ordination and influencing skills.
- Negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- Strong conceptual and strategic planning abilities.
- Financial literacy to forecast and manage GDS budgets.
- Ability to manage competing demands of multiple, simultaneous projects
