Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects
  • Create solution design for SuccessFactors Recruitment Management in compliance with the best practices.
  • Coordinate with external clients of EY

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Candidate must have done at least 2 end to end implementation;
  • Certified Success Factors Consultant;
  • Good communication skills.
  • Should have understanding and designing SAP-SuccessFactors Recruiting, Modelling and extraction.
  • Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
  • Good experience in configuration of “Roles Based Permissions”.
  • Candidate should have experience in configuration of provisioning.
  • Should be able to configure “Families and Roles” in the system.
  • Should have experience with SAP-SuccessFactors Recruiting and production deployment.
  • Candidate should have good communication skills and should be a good team player.
  • Must have experience in creating adhoc reports.
  • Knowledge in integration of Recruitment with Employee Central and Onboarding will be an added advantage.
