- Translate Business/Functional requirements into detailed technical specs that will be used by both the developers and by the client with an emphasis on leveraging delivered functionality with little to no customization.
- Build and test work packet based on the functional and technical specification documents.
- Ability to understand client requirements, possess clarity of thought and communication and translate business requirements/issues to Technical requirements and design
- Report the progress of his work in respect with the planning and budgets validated by the project team
- Will be reporting to the offshore PeopleSoft Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Relevant experience working on mid-large scale implementations and/or upgrades to PeopleSoft version 9.0 or higher (9.2 is preferable)
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver quality documents, presentations, status briefings, and other deliverables
- Proven capacity to communicate and interact with clients at all levels
- Cohesive experience working in a team environment
- Experience working in power and utilities, including the following industry segments:
- Water Utilities
- Gas and Electric
- Power Generation
