- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Welcoming and assist guest or interviewees
- Manage meeting room allocation
- Receive send and out emails
- Assist office manager as and when needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in (preferably) Hospitality or related major
- Fluent in English, verbally and written
- Familiar with Ms. Office ( Excel, words, etc )
- Good attitude and dynamic
- Independent, able to work under minimum supervision
