Talent Acquisition Supervisor  

• Provides assistance to the Talent Acquisition Manager in the area of: Manpower Planning
• Recruits, hires and selects qualified applicants
• Maintains a pool of applicants at all times
• Creates and maintains an effective recruitment network and linkage
• Administers, interprets and analyzes psychological tests given to applicants
• Interviews applicants
• Conducts Reference Check with qualified applicants prior to hiring
• Ensures completeness of employment requirements submitted by qualified applicants
• Ensures that all qualified applicants passed all the necessary hiring qualification
• Prepares Weekly Update report and monthly job vacancies report for Business Review.
• Prepares monthly job vacancies update for different positions such as PESO job fairs, other government agencies and technical schools.
• Prepares monthly newly hired employees report and introduces them to Mancom meeting.
• Monitors list of probationary employees due for evaluation.
• Prepares performance appraisal template to be signed by all newly hired employees.
• Prepares incentive for every successful Employee Referral
• Prepares and issues employment contracts.
• Maintains a complete 201 file records of all employees.
• Coordinates all manpower requirements to all Executive Search and other sourcing tools.
  

• Graduate of AB/ BS major in Psychology or graduate of any Behavioral Science
• Preferably with knowledge or background in ISO and HACCP requirements and standards

Experience

• With at least 3 years supervisory experience in a Munufacturing Industry
• Has expertise in mass hiring and executive search
• Familiar with hiring metrics and analytics
