Job Description
- Reviews SSOPs, SOPs, WIs versus actual implementation/practice for process improvement
- Plans and schedules weekly cleaning activities and other activities based on Master Cleaning Schedule
- Coordinates with Sanitation Coordinators regarding the schedule of activities based on Master Cleaning Schedule
- Performs plant audits and verification of cleaning activities conducted
- Analyses cleaning verification results
- Monitors and ensure that cleaning process is done in accordance with the prescribed work instruction/SSOPs and is comforming to company's objectives at all times
- Monitors compliance to waste segregation and waste disposal
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any science related courses (Food Technology. Sanitary Engineering, etc.)
- Preferably knowledgeable or has background in sanitation, HACCP and ISO requirements and standards
- With knowledge and application of current Good Manufacturing Practices and Sanitation procedures
- With knowledge and application of Basic Occupational Safety and Health
- With knowledge in operations audit and methods/process improvement
- With good understanding of Halal principles and standards
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- With at least 1 year supervisory experience
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
