Job Description
- Checks if the documents received are tallied in sales system such as the invoice number, invoice customer name and the amount in the invoices.
- Check if the actual cash received are tallied with the actual cash invoices
- Ensures the sales documents are properly filled up by sales personnel such as Document Stock Control (DSC), Daily Remittance Report (DRR) and sales invoices.
- Summarizes EWT forms for the consolidation monthly, detached from report the actual form submitted by VSM and compare with actua; deducted amount.
- Ensures that all corrections from the invoices are modified
- Determines and analyzes the shortages/overages per salesman
- Inform the Revenue Accounting Supervisor in any unusual transactions.
- Generates precise reports assigned by the supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
