Job Description
- Provides assistance to the Senior Recruitment Supervisor and HR Manager in the area of: Manpower Planning
- Recruits, hires and selects qualified applicants
- Maintains a pool of applicants at all times
- Creates and maintains an effective recruitment network and linkage
- Administers, interprets and analyzes psychological tests given to applicants
- Interviews applicants
- Conducts Reference Check with qualified applicants prior to hiring
- Ensures completeness of employment requirements submitted by qualified applicants
- Ensures that all qualified applicants passed all the necessary hiring qualification
- Prepares Weekly Update report and monthly job vacancies report for Business Review.
- Prepares monthly job vacancies update for different positions such as PESO job fairs, other government agencies and technical schools.
- Prepares monthly newly hired employees report and introduces them to Mancom meeting.
- Prepares and issues employment contracts.
- Maintains a complete 201 file records of all employees.
- Coordinates all manpower requirements to all Executive Search and other sourcing tools.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Training
- Graduate of AB/ BS major in Psychology or graduate of any Behavioral Science
- Preferably with knowledge or background in ISO and HACCP requirements and standards
- Technical Requirements
- Proficient in computer applications
Experience
- With at least 4 years experience in handling HR functions
- Knowledgeable in administering and interpreting psychological tests

- With good communication skills (oral/written)
- Results-oriented and resourceful
- With strong sense of urgency
- Flexible in time schedules and can handle work pressure at all times
