Job Description
- Will handle employee relations concerns and evaluation
- MUST be knowledgable in due process, making incident reports and cases, conducts hearings.
- In charge of all company related activities such as Christmas Party, Sports Fest, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, law, behavioral science or any related course.
- REQUIRED: Solid experience from a manufacturing company
- With at least 5 years of experience in human relations handling employee relations, employee concerns and events,
- MUST be in a senior or supervisory position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Pleasing personality
- Compute Literate
- Willing to work in LIIP Mamplasan, Binan Laguna
