Job Description
- Supervision of production workers and production process
- Monitors the performance of the production area and production workers
- Maintains cleanliness and order in the production floor
- Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development and health, safety & welfare of your team.
- Be responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Food Technology, Industrial, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering
- With at least 2-3 years working experience preferably gained in a bakery set up or any manufacturing companies
- Preferably with knowledge on ISO/HACCP system
- Strong leadership capabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
