Job Description
- Will conduct Training Needs Analysis
- Tasks to work with department managers on various training needs of each department
- Will facilitate training for new employees and other training courses
- Assign to create his/her own training modules and materials
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 years HR or business related course
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as Trainer
- PRoficient in MS application
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be willing to work in Binan Laguna
