Job Description
- Renders first-aid measure in case of emergency
- Issues medicines to employees based on their complaints secondary to their illness and/or diseases
- Checks and verifies the validity of reasons of employees
- Renders first-aid measure in case of emergency
- Issues medicines to employees based on their complaints secondary to their illness and/or diseases
- Does the Purchase Order (PO) od medicines for employees based on the prescription being presented
- Send applicants for medical examination, follow up and evaluates results, and update medical logbook
- Assisting the company physician in consultations
- Provides assistance in the coordination and implementation of employees' Annual physical examination
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, preferably a Registered Nurse
- With training and background in Standard First Aid
- Preferably with knowledge and background in ISO and HACCP requirements and standards
- With at least one (1) year experience in Industrial Setting as Company Nurse
- Results-oriented and resourceful
- Flexible in time schedules and can handle work pressure at all times
