Job Description
- Designs modules and conducts trainings
- Assists in the conduct of Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Assists in the preparation of the Annual Training Plan and Budget
- Conducts Orientation for Newly Hired Employees (O.N.E)
- In-charge of all training requests and other training-related activities of all departments
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of AB/ BS major in Psychology or graduate of any Behavioral Science
- 1 - 2 years experience in Training and Development
- Proficient in computer applications
- With good communication skills (oral/written)
- Result oriented and flexible in time schedules
