Job Description
- Monitor timely encoding of all documents related in collection of receivables of the company.
- Ensure completeness and timely submission of EWT Certificate from payors.
- Assist AR Analyst in analyzing sales report of Modcon customer like SM-SVI, Mini Stop Waltermart and others.
- Monitor bank to bank payment advice and any related documents from trade customers.
- Prepares statement of account of customers for billing purposes.
- Ensure regular remittance of collection in Treasury Department daily.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies consumed by Billing and Collection Department.
- Prepares Purchase Requisition (PR) of any required supplies of Billing and Collection Department.
- Monitors issuance of forms such as Official Receipt, Provisional Receipt, Itinerary Report, Customer Jacket, and paraphernalia such as helmet, gloves.
- Obey and comply with directives issued by the management.
- Any other function that may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- With atleast 6 months work experience in handling invoices
- Proficient in MS Application
