Job Description
- Understand the business and analyze the needs of the clients to be able grow business with them
- Manage communication and flow of information with and among resellers, clients, and the technical team
- Manage client engagement during product development, taking part in data gathering and needs assessment
- Define requirements and prepare use cases and user stories for the client accordingly
- Produce the reseller kit containing product collaterals and user manuals to be provided to the resellers and clients
- Write proposals, articles, and agreements as needed
- Create different types of documentation for the users
- Take part in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies and activities
- Handle all required documentation including agreements with resellers and clients
- Monitor and ensure adherence to the stipulations of the MOA and other contracts
- Conduct or facilitate marketing presentations, product demonstration, and technical training as needed
- Gather and process feedback from resellers and clients; coordinate with the technical team as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- At least three years related work experience, preferably from IT or advertising industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, IT or any relevant program
- Has keen attention to details, passionate, creative, and resourceful
- Exceptional business acumen with a high degree of integrity and ethics
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and PPT
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, specializing in technical writing
