Job Description
- Maintain long term and profitable business relationship with resellers and clients
- Handle all communication and required documentation including agreements with resellers and clients
- Ensure that all client requirements and expectations are met
- Manage client engagement during the product development, taking part in data gathering and needs assessment
- Monitor and ensure adherence to the stipulations of the MOA and other contracts
- Prepare use cases and user stories for the client according to their requirements
- Make arrangements for and conduct marketing presentations, product demonstration, and product technical training
- Produce the reseller kit containing marketing presentations, product collaterals and user manuals to be provided to the resellers and clients
- Write proposals and take part in negotiating pricing and agreements as needed
- Take part in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies and activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or any relevant program
- At least three years related work experience, preferably from IT or advertising industry
- Has keen attention to details, passionate, creative, and resourceful
- Experienced with highly demanding, deadline driven environments
- Exceptional business acumen with a high degree of integrity and ethics
- Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and PPT
- Persuasive oral and written communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
