Channel Development Manager  

The Channel Development Manager (CDM)is primarily responsible for building, nurturing and expanding the business relationship with the Company's accredited Channel Partners. S/he is responsible for achieving the sales profitability and dealership development objectives through closely monitoring and supervising sales activities and programs of the BDG. In coordination with the VP for Luzon Operations, s/he will provide sales strategies and initiatives both through selling and training. S/he will also provide relevant management information and will demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and subordinates’ knowledge, skills and abilities.

1. Must be a graduate of a 4-year course
2. Preferably with at least 4 years of work experience in the same/related field
3. With good leadership skills and can manage people effectively.
4. Has the ability to motivate a team to achieve goals within timeframes
5. Must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Applications
7. Willing to do fieldwork and travel extensively
8. Must have a high aptitude in sales strategies/schemes
9. With analytical skills
