Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Social Media strategy especially for Facebook and Instagram.
- Prepare plan posts for 1 week ahead.
- Answering queries on all social media channels.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least College Level
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication
- Ability to deliver creative content using Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and Google Analytics is a plus
- Has a good grasp of all social media channels
- Preferably residing in Mandaluyong/Pasig/Makati
- MWF - Office base and TTHS - Work from home
