- Assist in producing, maintaining financial records, and checking the data for accuracy.
- Produce reports.
- Assist in preparing, managing, and monitoring company’s finances and budget, including payroll, taxes (BIR), importations (customs and shipping), employees benefits including SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and various other payments.
- Assist in preparing, managing, and analyzing of financial information for financial statements including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Ensure the financial accounts are maintained in compliance with accepted procedures and internal and external policies.
- Recommend financial actions by planning, analysing, maintaining, monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Assist submissions and deadlines, and ensuring the company's permits, licenses and other documents are compliant and continuously up to date.
- Be responsible for document verification, document handling, data entry operation, and administrative assistance.
- Secure documents and maintaining account controls by preparing and recommending and following policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Perform other related tasks as required by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's / College degree or a Vocational Diploma in Accounting, Management, Commerce, Economics, or its equivalent.
- Work experience is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word.
- MS Visio and other software is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills, both oral and written.
- Good analytical skills.
- Capability to make sound judgment to develop creative and resourceful solutions.
- Able to handle multitasking jobs and work effectively under pressure.
- Positive, team-oriented, high-energy, upbeat personality, flexible, and with a keen eye to details.
- Can work with minimal or no supervision.
- Good work ethics, organize, results-oriented.
- Filipino citizen and holds relevant residence status.
- Willing to work immediately.
