- Facilitating and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual billing and collection
- Managing, preparing and filing BIR taxes, remittances for SSS, PHIC, HDMF and various other payments.
- Producing and maintaining financial records and producing reports.
- Reconciling financial discrepancies.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
- Ensuring the financial accounts are maintained in compliance with accepted procedures and internal and external policies.
- Recommending financial actions by planning, analysing, maintaining, monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Managing submissions and deadlines, and ensuring the company's permits, licenses and other documents are compliant and continuously up to date.
- Securing documents and maintaining account controls by preparing, recommending and following policies, procedures and internal controls.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree or Vocational Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Banking / Management / Commerce / Economics or Equivalent.
- Must be Proficient in MS Office Excel and MS Word (MS Office), MS Visio and other software is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Good follow-up and coordination skills (oral and written)
- Good analytical skills and the capability to make sound judgment to develop creative and resourceful solutions
- Good work ethics, organize, results-oriented, able to handle multi-tasking job and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Positive, team-oriented, high-energy, upbeat personality, flexible, and with a keen eye to details.
- Can work with minimal or no supervision
- Performs other related tasks as required by management.
- Must be a Filipino citizen and hold relevant residence status.
- Must be willing to work immediately.
- Work experience is an advantage but not required.
- Full-time positions available.
