- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. Supervises the Manila Finance Staff and all Branch Admin Staff
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget. Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances
- Responsible for the release of all claims and payables to our customers and supplier
- Presents all Financial reports (Budget, Overhead) which include AR aging report
- Maintains the Cash Position (financial statement/trial balance)
- Responsible for the Tax Returns and BIR fillings
- Analyze costs, pricing, sales result, and the company's actual performance compared to the Budget
- Responsible for the release of Pricelist for all Branches
- Correspond with marketing, sales, and Top management, discussing company plans and agreeing on future plans to be taken
- Heads the Annual/Quarterly Audit which includes visiting the branch for the inventory and all other matters concerning operation
- Liaise with the Corporate Secretary/Banks/Auditor and third party regarding operation matters.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy with License as CPA is a must
- Experience with the same fields of at least 2 years
- Able to communicate with government agencies particularly in BIR is advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
