Job Description
- Create pre-event project plans and post-event reports.
- Assists Project Manager in observing and implementing overall project timelines.
- Communicates plans and status of projects to the organization. Partners with internal product owners to articulate timelines and deliverables.
- Assist Pre, onsite, and post program logistics management
- Coordinate with partners such as sponsors and media partners in fulfilling the value exchange set forth in contracts
- Represents Future Proof PH in meetings with event partners
Minimum Qualifications
- The candidate should be passionate, has an eye for detail, and extremely organized
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can coordinate and communicate well with external partners
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, complete time-sensitive tasks, adapt quickly to changes, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
