1. At all times, observes and practices the highest standards with regards to hygiene and
2. Willing to undergo training as required by the employer.
3. Operates and maintains the kitchen equipments in a most respectfull manner.
4. Prepares daily Mise en Place.
5. Makes sure, that all the recipes are complete and updated.
6. Follows the recipes.
7. Follows the established food quality standards.
8. Daily cleans and arranges chillers and freezers according to HACCP rules.
9. Reports immediately any broken equipment to his superior.
10. Maintains a Recipe- and Menu-Book.
11. Observes the Clean as You Go Policy
12. In coordination with his superior, disposes any leftover foods properly.
13. Makes suggestions to his superior on possible improvements of cleanliness, reduction
of food cost, etc.
14. Observes the company’s Code of Discipline at all times.
15. Willing to go on overtime if required.
16. Might be assigned to other duties as required by the employer.
