Job Description

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Human Resources and Admin Supervisor and within limits of established Policies and Procedures and Human Resources Manual, assists the HRAD

Supervisor in Records Management, Timekeeping, Office Coordination and General Clerical Tasks.

Records Management:

  • Keep a logbook/calendar on daily activities of the company
  • Acquire mastery of history, products and services of all business concepts
  • Keep a systematic file of all HR and Training records
  • Assist in organizing 201 files of employees


  • Collecting timekeeping records each cut off period. Review employee work charts, timesheets, and timecards to ensure that information is properly recorded and that records have the signatures of authorizing officials.
  • Process cut-off for payroll
    • Download / upload the proximity machine then print all the time sheet of the employees
    • Log lates, overtime, offset, change time / day – off of each employee
    • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records
    • Encode the finish cut-off of all the employees time sheet in the system
    • Forward to accounting head office for payroll
  • Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, resignations and terminations, in order to maintain and update payroll records
  • Office Coordination and General Clerical Tasks:
    • Facilitate requests for interviews by students and other organizations
    • Answer calls with courtesy and diplomacy at all times
    • Keep a daily telephone record of all incoming calls made
    • Attend orientation/immersion on company-related activities
    • Attend or represent the company in job fairs
  • Perform other duties as directed by superiors
