- Build Sales by generating new clients to book catering services, corporate and social events.
- Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close.
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts.
- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
- Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount rates.
- Holds regular meetins with sales staff
- Bachelor's degree in business or any related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience on the same field
- Background in Sales, Marketing and related fields are required for the said position.
- Must have a background in hotel and restaurant (catering) services.
- Must have knowledge in banquet techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills combined with a high level of initiative.
- Ability to adapt to a diverse environment focused on client and customer services
