Job Description
- Keep internal records organized, including contact reports, minutes of meeting, budget records, etc;
- Apply and secure permits for marketing activities such as DTI permits, mall permits, advertising permits, etc;
- Coordinate with internal departments such as finance and procurement departments;
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating with suppliers as well as managing payment for suppliers;
- Provide support to marketing team by answering inquiries, coordinating meeting schedules,;
- Prepare necessary reports and monitoring documents on marketing activities;
- Coordinate with Creative Team to produce requested output from other marketing members or internal departments; including preparing Job Order forms, preparing Final Art materials to be sent to supplier, etc;
- Assist in managing inventory of marketing assets including but not limited to complimentary books, premium items from publishers, promotional materials, etc
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor's degree or at least College level;
- Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration;
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative task such as scheduling, project monitoring, budget monitoring, supplier relations; or OJT/ Internship experience;
- Detail oriented and excellent time management;
- Good communication skills
