Technology Management

• • Develops and communicates Business Technology vision and strategy, focusing on technologies that will benefit the company by increasing productivity, efficiency and competitive advantage.

Information Management

• • Pro-actively identifies opportunities for business units to further meet objectives through the use of information, process improvements, technology, and systems.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by right sizing requirements; evaluating proposals and minimize expenditures; analyzing data/report variances and initiating corrective action.
  • Ensures that all systems are able to generate reports and information that will be relevant to the business decisions made by stakeholders in the company

People Management

• • Develops and communicates department vision and strategy
  • Builds, leads, and manages the Information Management team that is efficient, cost-effective, and responsive to the needs of the business units by:
  • Promoting an organizational design and culture that leads to a high-performance team focused on bringing added value to the business.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.

• BS and/or MS in Computer Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in managing the implementation of IT systems.
• Strong Information Management experience
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience at a senior level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organization and time-management skills
• Multitasking skills
• Ability to manage large budgets effectively
• Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit company
• Knowledge of all functions and roles withing IT department
• Knowledge of best information security practices
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
