Job Description
This person will be part of the team to launch Manila’s newest program. This person is expected to deliver with utmost accuracy, speed and high level of excellence. The ideal candidate is expected to have a keen attention to detail, mastery of the product to be able to assist the inquiries with the best possible answer.
Develop strong customer relationships and responsible for resolving queries of the customers through e-mail and chat.
- Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
- Inform customers of current promotions and new or updated products
- Offer to call the customer at their convenience should they have questions that may be better answered over the phone rather than through live chat.
Minimum Qualifications
- College degree preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered
- The ability to be self-motivated while performing several different tasks
- Ability to effectively interface with the customers and utilize a chat and email platform
- Strong problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills
- Able to work a non-traditional schedule, specifically evenings and weekends as needed
- Minimum of one year of phone-based experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Minimum of one year of written based experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Able to type 40 wpm with 2% error rate
- Company drug screen and background check are required
