Job Description

  • Build strategies for the entire Agent Hiring team approach while he/she partners with the Global Sourcing team to create a sustainable and scalable hiring approach to hiring targets
  • Understand that this job is a Manager role yet he/she should be able to roll sleeves up to do the work themselves.
  • Great grasps and understanding of the gap between things that are working and not working; thus, quickly making educated and data driven decisions to resolve the problem at hand.
  • This role requires a great sense of account management or at times partnership with multiple teams and departments in the organization. Thus it is expected he/she strives to be the best consultant to them, while not being an order taker of what to do , how or when to do it. He/she must arrive at a sound decision factoring in all data points at hand.
  • Understand market conditions for targeted candidate pipelines and prepare distinct and effective recruiting approaches to those markets.
  • Work with key stakeholders, assisting them in understanding current and future workforce planning requirements in the context of delivering results in a rapidly and constantly changing environment.
  • Work closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
  • Develop and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to deliver to hiring goals without having to scale deployed resources at a rate faster than the business is growing.
  • Coach, manage and develop US recruiters, actively supporting professional growth and ensuring the successful onboarding of all new hires.
  • Promote a culture of constant improvement, identifying, and implementing projects in order to increase business-wide recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Utilize and monitor tracking analytics and impact metrics in order to grow a data-driven and technically skilled recruitment team. In this capacity, evaluate talent sourcing strategies, tactics and processes in order to continually improve recruitment processes and by extension the talent brought into the business.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven work total experience of minimum of 5 years from which 2 years is as a Recruiting Manager/Lead handling a team of US recruiters in a BPO or RPO setting.
  • Must have US Recruitment management experience in a BPO or RPO setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases-Preferred.
  • Experience in leading and managing in a remote/ virtual environment.
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
  • Proven to have been very collaborative and with a high level of accountability and ownership of the targets and metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills, critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Undergraduate/Graduate in any field – preferably in Psychology.
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
