Job Description
- Work through a list of assigned leads and contact customers by phone.
- Maintain a volume of outbound call expectations.
- Use customer relationship management systems to maintain lead/account information and keep accurate notes on all activities and opportunities.
- Qualify potential business leads.
- Understand and observe enrollment policies and guidelines.
- Work with business account managers to grow.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have BPO experience not limited to the following:
- At least 6 months of voice related sales experience - Inbound Sales, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales.
- At least 2 years in College, any course or Senior High School graduate or its equivalent.
- Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines; minimum of 18 years old.
- Good computer navigation and internet skills.
- Must have a strong and stable internet connection at home.
- With at least 25 mbps postpaid subscription and proof of internet billing; actual internet speed of at least 20mbps download and not less than 10 mbps upload.
