Job Description
- Be responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of Master Data for both Accounts and Contacts enrichment
- Lead a global project focused on: creating a universal industry classification taxonomy, building a single segmentation hierarchy and establishing an automated mapping process of classifying accounts using customer count and revenue analysis to show comparison of the old and new world.
- Manage team consisting of 2 leads and 10 analysts responsible for data enrichment, segmentation, footprint mapping, data validation and data cleansing
- Oversee efforts to meet team productivity targets and improve quality so as to provide data that is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Responsible for building relationships with business stakeholders across the organization, understand their needs and customer data requirements and provide relevant support, analysis and meaningful insights in a timely manner
- Be able to identify gaps and issues in our customer data and resolve them, and propose long term solutions to better increase data integrity from the moment the data is collected, ingested, stored and processed
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Overseeing the development of the Quarterly Business Review project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute to and deliver improvements that support the continuous enhancement of internal processes and quality controls within the team, adopting best practices where possible.
- Ensure data asset accountability, compliance with deadlines and alignment with business priorities and guiding principles
- Create and implement effective employee reward scheme for targeted KPIs and SLAs
- Ensure proper maintenance of the inventory, accuracy and freshness of team process manuals and documentations
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong experience in collection processes of customer information and industry segments.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to details and has an excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and presentation.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing a team.
- Strong knowledge and experience in multiple industry data vendors such as FACTSET, D&B Hoovers, Intricately, etc. as data collection source.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or any related course.
- Master’s degree preferred but not required.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
