Job Description
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing our team of cross-trained and multi-skilled agents handling ticket processing, email and chat touchpoints along with creating new strategies and process flows to maximize revenue from this channel. As a team manager, you must be able to collaborate and operate in a fast-paced, high-energy, and constantly changing environment while staying laser-focused and hands-on with your team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be mainly responsible for the performance, productivity, utilization, staffing, workload distribution, initial escalations handling, coaching, among others.
- You will provide support, coaching, feedback, process improvement, performance management, and client management.
- You will be responsible for creating rewards and recognition programs, performance appraisals and scorecards for your team.
- Manage escalations from clients and/or customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have handled a back-office campaign preferably related to document verification campaign.
- Must have supervised and managed a team of back office agents
- Must have good command in English written and verbal communication
- Must have very keen eye for detail and a very strong sense of identifying potential inaccuracies or inconsistencies in documents and/or processes being evaluated
- Must be able to multitask effectively and efficiently, with high accuracy and precision of written tasks, or communication
- Demonstrates FPS Core Values
- Must be flexible with schedule and other job duties, tasks and responsibilities
- Willing to work on a permanent night shift and can start ASAP
- Must pass company drug screen, criminal records, credit background checks and/or character reference check
