Job Description
As a Client Experience Expert you will be representing a premium transportation service with high net worth clients and corporate executives. The role is to confirm the clients’ booking 24 hours in advance. As an expert the top priority is to provide the best customer service to these clients while presenting options for clients’ cancellation and reschedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage follow-up calls and appointment confirmations
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's requests: determining any possible issues and conflict then selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Call Center experience with background on both and that supported clients in industries such as Travel and Hospitality, and Telecommunications
- Customer Service (reservations, helpdesk, retention, billing and general inquiry)
- Sales (retention, business to business, outbound sales, consultative sales).
- Results-, service-, and details-oriented, analytical, honest, can function well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks
- Good working attitude and willing to work long hours
- Proficient in web mapping services like Google Maps.
- Proficient in CRM applications (example: Salesforce.com) and related tools is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.
- Strong time management skills: able to prioritize and manage multiple activities, effectively manage your own time, and work independently to meet defined performance metrics and booking objectives.
- Team player willing to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
