Job Description
Reports directly to the Assistant Manager for Recruiting, PH Support. The main role of the Recruitment Specialist will focus on Recruitment Operations which involves an end to end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates to a specific role which is crucial in the selection process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements
- Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager and oversees the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager
- Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process
- Responsible in encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates and program allocation
- Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science Human Resources and related degree
- At least one (2) years of BPO recruitment doing end to end recruitment in a BPO/call center setting
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
- Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be willing to work on a Mid-shift schedule
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center
