As a Sales Development Lead, you are expected to be passionate about a career in sales and uses communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. You are expected to answer clients’ inquiries and concerns and providing them the best solution possible via phone call or email. You will be representing a company that offers a unified parking management platform (both software and hardware) that continues to improve parking managements. You will be servicing clients like hospitals, universities and municipalities from all over the country.

The candidate must have a strong background in sales and has good communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.

  • Proactively assemble contact lists of prospective clients;
  • Respond to and qualify incoming leads and inquiries regarding the products;
  • Create a great first impression with our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class and professional experience;
  • Partner with our experienced Sales team members to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills;
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in products;
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business.
  • Understanding of solution selling and creating value for business clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in college; or graduate of 2-year course or a 4-year course
  • Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines; minimum of 18 years old
  • Must have a total of 4 years minimum BPO experience not limited to the following:
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in BPO for a Sales environment program (LOB example – B2B, Retention, Outbound, Inbound
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience doing leads generation work
    • Minimum of 1 year doing account management
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Salesforce experience is an asset
