Billing Administrator  

The Billing Administrator will be assigned to handle the Fujitsu Australia and New Zealand (FANZ) account and perform the following tasks:

• Raise billing documents using SAP system.
• Timesheet administration.
• Build and maintain projects including plan data.
• Monitor internal controls around the billing process and report non-compliance to Project Shared Services (PSS) Manager.
• Monitor the correct functioning of the procedures documented by PSS.
• Maintain working relationships with those responsible for project monitoring within the Business Units and Finance department.
• Recommend changes to systems or processes affecting PSS as necessary to the PSS Manager.
• Adhoc projects as assigned.

• Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any relevant course.
• With at least 2-years of work experience in Billing Administration, AP, AR or General Accounting, preferably gained from BPO or Shared Services environment.
• Has basic understanding of project principles, accounting principles and Financial Reporting Software.
• Preferably, with knowledge in SAP Accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Can communicate to all levels i.e., local team, clients, onshore suppliers and project managers.
• Can thrive in a fast-paced environment like Fujitsu GDC.
• Okay with shifting schedule, mostly early morning shift.
• Okay to work on extended hours and work during holidays.
