Job Description
The Team Lead is accountable to fulfill the following responsibilities in order to do the job:
- You will be able to take care of technology / customer situations independently.
- You are required to assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- You have the full accountability for assigned deliverables.
- You will exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- You will provide leadership, guidance and mentoring to team members.
- You are tasked to compile or maintain updated resource analysis based on true volumes, task times, etc.
- Document processes and implement new or modified processes as they are identified.
- You will manage the daily work of the team.
- Serve as the point of contact for the introduction of any new work on the team.
- Serve as a point of contact for questions, escalations, problem requests, etc
Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in any IT/Computer related course.
- Has at least 2years background in leading a team.
- Has strong people and client management background.
- Familiar with different technologies: Windows, VMWare, Exchange, Server Build and Lotus Notes.
- Articulate and can communicate with all levels.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and be assigned in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
