The ideal candidate for this role:

  • Has a Bachelor's Degree in any IT/Computer related course.
  • 3-5 years working in the IT industry in a server administration role, preferably with IT outsourcing experience.
  • Has good exposure to Microsoft Technologies, primarily Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Has basic working knowledge and understanding of AD, WINS, DHCP, DNS
  • Has basic working knowledge of Windows clustering and load balancing (WLBS)
  • Knowledgeable with networking and TCP/IP.
  • Knowledgeable with different Enterprise applications including IIS, Web filters, SQL, ISA, Mail filters, Proxy Servers.
  • Familiar with different Management & Monitoring tools e.g. CA TNG; and even Helpdesk tools such as CA Service Desk, Remedy or Clarify.
  • Citrix administration skills an advantage
  • A solid understanding and adherence to the ITIL framework
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig and be on a shifting schedule (morning).
Job Description
  • To participate in a dedicated team of engineers that provides Incident and Change Management support to our managed customer base.
  • This support includes the identification of root cause and resolution of all priority incidents such that the impact to our customer is minimised and our contractual requirements are exceeded.
  • To continually improve troubleshooting skills and the mastery of fault diagnostic tools used in the support and maintenance of these systems.
