Job Description
- Oversees construction of project site.
- Comes up requisition of fund/materials/construction related equipment.
- Reviews material specification and performance standards as per customer requirement.
- Prepares plan, electrical design drawings and diagrams, shop drawings including computations based on actual inspection at the construction site.
- Prepares Bill of Quantities and material take off based on electrical design drawings.
- Prepares submittal documents pertaining to electrical permits and safety requirements.
- Conducts surveying and prepares actual cost estimates.
- Prepares work execution, work methodology and job hazard analysis.
- Prepares project accomplishment report including daily and weekly activity reports.
- Attends Coordination Meeting with the General Contractor, sub-contractor and other trade involve in the project site.
- Ensures Site Safety & Health Plan always prepared and implemented at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably Licensed Electrical Engineer
- Minimum 5 yrs work experience in design, materials take off, costing, field work
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- With COSH Training Certificate is an advantage
- Wiiling to assign in any provincial area
