Job Description
- Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current
- Collaborate with the Credit and Collection Team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue clients
- Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
- Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers
- Contacting/Answering clients to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Updating customer information as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Performing other duties as the need arises.
- Answer and process user calls in a timely manner and record feedback
Minimum Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate or Vocational Certificate.
- Must have proven skills in negotiation.
- minimum of 1 year of work experience in Credit Investigation, Field Collections or any related field is prefered.
- With good communication skills.
- adaptability.
- strong logic ability.
- familiar on various office software.
