Job Description
1.Maintain, update and manage employment documentation such as Personnel file, HR policy and employee handbook etc.
2.Provide HR support and services to all employees in the most professional and effective manner.
3.Support Training programs, also to be responsible of following up the training results for all employees.
4.Provide monthly payroll coordination.
5.Attendance and overtime hours management.
6.Serving as the administrative assistance，to help achieve the company Administrative management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Filipino and English;
- Skilled use of word, excel and other office software;
- Experience in administration or HR for more than one year is preferred.
