Job Description
- Keeps track of accounts payables and receivables;
- Prepares and keeps records of vouchers / journals and disbursement;
- Updates, inspects and verifies daily cash position and bank transactions;
- Prepares journal entries;
- Update books of account;
- Assist the finance department; and
- Other taks that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of accountancy, financial management or finance;
- Must have a good understanding of basic accounting / bookkeeping;
- Knowledgable in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to multitask
