Job Description
- Ensures that agent concerns are documented and properly addressed and issues are resolved immediately.
- Coordinates with service provider for escalations and/or inquiries received from the agent network or detected by cooperating teams.
- Ensures that lines and other communication channels are manned and monitored closely.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- High attention to details;
- Good time management skills;
- Able to work with minimal supervision;
- Experience in Customer Service or call center industry;
