Job Description
- Helping draw up plans for future personnel needs
- Providing staff training and development
- Operating pay and benefits policies
- Counseling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally
- Oversee employee services such as health and safety as well as sports and social facilities
- Improvement of company by recruiting right candidates
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): communication, decision making, Discrete and Ethical, Conflict Management and Problem Solving, Multi-tasking
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
