Job Description
- Determines, negotiates, and agrees in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications.
- Assesses customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
- Sets customer service standards
- Specifies quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
- Investigates and setting standards for quality/health and safety
- Ensures that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
- Works with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Food Technology or its equivalent
- With at least 1 year working experience in the same capacity
- Excellent knowledge of computer applications especially the Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Can professionally work with all levels in the organization
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Open-minded and with high level of integrity and accountability
- Can effectively work under pressure.
- Organized and determined.
