Job Description

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements (if any);
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events;
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings;
  • Answer and manage incoming calls;
  • Liase with internal staff in all levels;
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary;
  • Conduct research and collect and analyze data to create reports and documents.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in Oral and Written skills;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
  • Highly organized and systematic;
  • With pleasing personality and has the ability to relate and work well with different types of people;
  • Meticulous at work, fast learner and able to work well with minimal supervision in a dynamic/fast paced environment.
