Job Description

  • Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales system improvements; implementing change.

  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales representatives by developing them through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.

  • Monitor accounts and complete necessary administrative duties, such as inventory reports and the like.

  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.

  • Recommends and implements trade promotions.

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

Minimum Qualifications

  • With atleast 1 year related working experience
  • Possess strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills

  • Must be organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork

  • Ability to pay attention to details.

  • Highly motivated and ability to adapt quickly to changing environment.
